01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SingaporeCoreData.digital, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Singapore Core Data. Use of our proprietary data infrastructure and associated analytics platforms constitutes full acknowledgment of these terms. If you represent an enterprise client, you warrant that you possess the requisite authority to bind said entity to these protocols.
We maintain the right to modify these parameters at any time to reflect the big data systems landscape's evolving regulatory and technical requirements. Continued interaction with the platform following such updates serves as your formal consent to the revised standards.
02. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, logic architectures, database schemas, and analytical methodologies hosted on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Singapore Core Data. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to view and interact with the public-facing components for professional evaluation.

Users of our data infrastructure are obligated to maintain the following security standards:

04. Limitation of Liability
Singapore Core Data provides its big data systems on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for absolute precision in our analytical output, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
05. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
